Shortly after they opened, we decided to try it out. While waiting for our food, I reported that I saw food was dropped on floor in kitchen while prepping to staff member, it was just picked up placed in tub with other cut up stuff. I was asked are you sure it was on floor? after they talked to the lady prepping, because she said she didn 't. ... really? Am I sure? Then when I told them of course I 'm sure, I was told well it 's ok I told her to rinse it all ., I 'm pretty sure just rinsing vegetables on floor where she was standing is not restaurant procedures, but then I saw them just carry tub away not rinse or dump it.. Wow, this restaurant is fantastic! The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is delicious. I had an amazing experience with exceptional customer service and delicious food! I arrived just two minutes before closing yesterday, and even then, Jay went out of his way to make me some eggs and Dan Dan noodles. I was genuinely impressed. This was the best experience I've ever had!
