We ordered takeaway!! Their version of Aromatic duck with pancakes is a sorry excuse for food . £9 for a quarter of duck (hard not crispy, I gave it to the dog in the end afraid I’d break my teeth , pancakes were congealed and impossible to separate: Excuse for this was in their restaurant the pancakes are placed on top of the duck! I can’t say what I think because apparently it’s a profanity! Even the cucumber was sliced in such a way that a lot of it was skin and not much else! We always order delivery from Wok Kitchen. We have been in Bromsgrove only since July 2023 and this is our go to takeaway Chinese food. Always hot, speedy delivery everytime and the price is very affordable. The delivery charge is pretty inexpensive. The food here is absolutely wonderful, full of flavour. Some of these other reviewers must have been somewhere else other than the Wok Kitchen. Love this place!!!!

I placed my order at 5:22 PM and it arrived at 7:34 PM. I contacted the restaurant twice and both times they said they were busy and the driver was on the way. The food was left on my doorstep and the driver ran away. The food was inedible, with items that should have been crunchy turning out soft and chewy. This was definitely the worst takeaway experience I've ever had.

Totally appalled by the extreme failures of this takeaway Order took 2 hours to come then parts of the order were missed Food was cold and tasteless and ended up in the bin Staff don’t care Place should be closed down but the way they operate that will happen soon anyway Avoid like covid

I recently tried Wok Kitchen for the first time, despite hearing mixed reviews. In my experience, I have ordered from them a few times now and each time the food has been delicious, hot, and delivered promptly. I have no complaints about my experience with them.

I would not recommend this restaurant. They falsely claimed to have delivered our order twice, and denied speaking to us during a previous phone call. It has been 2 hours and we still have not received our food.

Had many take aways delivered from this Chinese. Always good quality food delivered hot and on time. Don’t know why some reviews are bad as we have never had a problem ever. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered spare ribs and beef curry and both were very good with good customer service too as well as speedy service

Food was cold and unbeatable. Chips looked like they had been heated up 4 times. All went in the bin
