My family and I have been loyal customers of Woodmont Grill (formerly Houston's) for over 20 years. Even during the COVID pandemic, we made it a point to support their business by regularly ordering takeout. Recently, we were excited to return for an in-person dining experience and revive our old tradition. Unfortunately, we were taken aback by the exceptionally rude treatment we received from the new manager, Nicole Hurst. This completely overshadowed our visit, and we left feeling disappointed after a rushed meal that we couldn’t even fully enjoy. It’s quite unfortunate. Woodmont Grill always exceeds my expectations! It had been over three years since my last visit, so I decided to dine there this past weekend. I started with the Chesapeake Oysters, followed by the Kale and Rotisserie Chicken Salad, which was absolutely delicious. The salad featured fresh kale, tender rotisserie chicken, herbs, and a delightful honey lime vinaigrette. It was the perfect lunch—light but satisfying, although some pieces of chicken did have skin on them. My companion ordered the Thai Beef Salad with mango, which was very flavorful. The bartenders, Mikaela and Dillon, provided exceptional service as well.
This was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. I grew up in Washington, D.C., enjoying meals at some of the finest steakhouses, including Blackie’s House of Beef, Duke Ziebert’s, Mel Krupin’s, the Palm, Morton’s, and more. The crust on the NY strip was charred to perfection, seasoned with salt, pepper, and butter. The interior was incredibly tender, cooked medium rare, and beautifully marbled with no gristle whatsoever. This was my second time ordering that mouthwatering steak, and it was consistently excellent both times. Consistency is the hallmark of an exceptional restaurant.
This was a great and positive dining experience. The ambiance is good for a date or a romantic dinner. The wait staff was very attentive and gracious. The host is great, sorry I didn't get her name but she's great. She communicated with patrons who were waiting to make sure the tables were clearing. I went there for my birthday and really enjoyed everything. My servers name was Jordan and he was great, very pleasant and attentive, I took his suggestions for the entree and

Haven?t been here in years but finally came again last night?food service was just as great as I remembered! The restaurant has a fancy vibe to it and is dim lit inside. Food was great!! For starters, I would recommend the Spinach Artichoke Dip?it?s creamy and well flavored! For entrees, I noticed some of the old popular dishes (prime rib, crabcake, etc. are no longer on the menu, but lots of new items. There was a ?special?, the Arctic Char with Lemon Butter
Every dish we ordered was flavorful and with great quality. The crispy oysters had a perfect crunch to each bite and was nicely seasoned. The rotisserie chicken was juicy with all the flavor packed in. The prime fillet was tender and smooth, definitely for steak lovers! However, I would not order the rotisserie chicken again, and would love to try their dover sole (only available on the weekends) next time!
I really miss a lot of the old menu, but the food is always good and reliable. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The drinks are usually spot on as well. The service is excellent. I particularly miss the baked potatoes and wish they would come back; there are many items I'd love to see return. But I guess I’ll just have to make the most of the delicious options that are still available.
By far the best steakhouse in MoCo. Both prime rib and Hawaiian steak were perfectly cooked and they have a great wine selection. Also, their tuna tartare and french dip are out of this world. Good ambience and they have live jazz sometimes. A great place to celebrate any special occasions.

The ribeye AKA Hawaiian Steak is great. Very tasty soft with very unique taste. The staffs here give out A+ service. Very friendly and give out great suggestions on the menu. Will come back in the future to try out other dishes for sure.
