We recently went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were really underwhelmed by the menu and the quality of the food. We felt like we were at home from the moment we arrived at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and eager to help, treating us and our dog like old friends. Lisa and Daniel provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The restaurant is equipped with facilities for both dogs and children, making it ideal for families. We spent a week at Woolley Grange before Christmas with our three young children and had an amazing experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, but what really stands out is the exceptional staff. They contacted us before our arrival to confirm our son's dietary needs and throughout our stay they were friendly, patient, and attentive. The kitchen staff also deserves praise for their delicious food, much of which is sourced locally or from the hotel's own garden. A special thanks to Dylan, Robyn, Ben, Kay, Sara, and the rest of the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope the management continues to take care of this great team at Woolley Grange!
What a lovely and friendly place. The staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met. The food was incredible, and the bed was one of the nicest beds I've slept in. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. Oh and they have a great selection of whisky to choose from. It's a family and pet friendly hotel so people need to expect small children/babies will be there.
