She made my first experience such an inviting and positive one. I’ve walked past macaroon stands a million times. I just never was interested. My son has been mentioning them, so I stopped by. Immediately she made it clear to give her 6 seconds finishing up with the first customer so she could give me her full undivided attention. Once we started conversing , she made it very clear exactly what macaroons are in 2 seconds, and was already checking the fridge for a sample.I tried Honey lavender. How ethical do you think it is of a company to delete reviews that are not in the companies favor? Even when one states, their brutally honest opinion, while still being respectful, you begin to wonder how good of a company this must be if it is unable to take feedback
