Woops! Macarons Gifts (west Town Mall)

My grandson mentioned how much he loves macaroons having a birthday coming up I wanted to add some to his gifts. I googled macarons WOOPS came up. Reading all the great reviews I decided to go there. The owners Thomas Julia Maddux happened to be taking care of their shop that day. They were very personable, friendly informative, having never had macaroons myself. They have a variety of flavors the packaging choice of gift boxes are adorable! My grandson was thrilled with them anyone who tasted them said they were AMAZING! Thank you Mr Mrs Maddux WOOPS!

I ordered macaroons online for home delivery, but unfortunately, due to the hot weather, they arrived melted and unappetizing. After discussing the issue with customer service and requesting a partial refund—understanding that they can't control the weather or shipping conditions—they generously issued a full refund and encouraged me to try their products again. I definitely plan to reorder when the weather is cooler and am also looking forward to visiting their location at West Town Mall soon. Thank you for standing by your satisfaction guarantee!

I have these macarons in a shopping center on knoxville the service was great toni was so sweet! they tasted amazing! and the price was not bad. I have a box of 6 for $20. the hexe is great because they are usually $4. for long time they get 2 for the price of 1 with the box of 6.

There were so many delicious aromas! My favorites were the tiramisu, Nutella, and lemon flavors. It was also very easy to find and access since it’s located in the shopping center near the Cheesecake Factory and Loco Burro.

I purchased a birthday cake, vanilla, strawberry, caramel, honey lavender, and blueberry cheesecake. They were all absolutely delicious! My first time trying macarons, and it was a great experience. Recommend!

Yum! This couple was so kind. I had a sweet tooth and wanted to buy just one but ended up buying three. I recommend the blueberry cheesecake macaroon! You won’t regret it.
