Our family visited the restaurant on Christmas Eve, and we want to express our gratitude to the entire staff for their efforts that evening. The pre-dinner drinks were excellent, especially the carnivore martini. The appetizers were delightful, particularly the bone marrow! The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a nice crust on each one. The sides were exactly what you would expect from a steakhouse. The Ice Cream Sundae, with its many topping options, was a real hit at the table. The service was good, though not exceptional, likely due to the busyness of Christmas Eve. Five of us were celebrating the 56 wedding anniversary of me and my husband, plus two adult daughters and an adult granddaughter. This restaurant was referred to us by the owner of the HAVEN restaurant. Although the food was good, service was very poor. We had to ask for everything twice, water, the menu, before we ever received what we asked for. The waiter acted like we were invisible! At the end of the dinner we had to ask twice for to-go box, and twice for the check! We asked to speak to the on duty manager. His apology and corrective actions were sufficient! We will be back and hoping for a better service experience.
Great experience for our first time! Chris was our server and he was very patient as well as insightful on the menu. Javier also made the experience very welcoming since my parents needed help deciding on entres, and they only speak spanish. Food was superb and met our expectations on quality. Only minor inconvenience was the close proximity to neighboring tables, where conversations frequently overlapped. Overall, great food and good service.
Our server , Jhanelle, took great care of us tonight. She was knowledgeable about the food and wine on the menu as well as specials. Miguel is also an outstanding bartender, making excellent drinks and always providing outstanding service! Arnettes is always a wonderful experience in all aspects, love this place:

I requested that the staff bring a bottle of champagne to our table to celebrate the New Year with my dinner guest. However, our waiter mistakenly wished us a happy birthday and fumbled over the New Year greeting. This spoiled the surprise, so I decided to cancel the champagne order and opted for wine instead.
I had one of the best meals and dining experiences in a long time. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious—I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the meal was. Thank you to everyone at Arnettes for making it a truly special evening!
We celebrated our daughter's birthday. The atmosphere was so nice. The place was beautiful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and professional. The scallops and lobster, filet and lobster Mac and cheese was delicious.
The food was amazing and so were the cocktails. The mood in the dining area was cozy and comfortable and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend especially for a special occasion.

The food was good. The lobster appetizer was good the breading was very salty the same goes for the onion rings. The spinalis were good and cooked perfectly. Chris was friendly and attentive.
The food was amazing. Steaks were delicious. Oysters were so fresh! Service was superb! I can't believe we had never been here before. Definitely would be coming back! And soon!
