I bought a pair of running shoes and a pair of beach sandals here. After trying on the beach sandals in my hotel room for 15 mins I realized that they did not work for my feet. Back in the store they did not have another model that was in my size and working for my feet, and they refused to refund me. I was not informed about the no-refund policy and given that it had only gone a few hours since I have bought them, the sandals where unused with all original wrapping, it is poor customer service. There is no automatic return policy in spain, but most stores have some form of return policy
I've already purchased Ecco shoes in this shop twice a pair of sandals a pair of hiking boots. I have sensitive feet but both pairs of shoes fit perfectly the first time around, which is rather seldom in my case. Very pleased. The shop itself is conveniently located, centrally by the beach in Arguinegin.
