When I was a child in the 1980s, I enjoyed my very first pizza from this place. It was so delicious that I could see why it was called the World's Best! There are few pizzerias anywhere that can match what we have locally. Community favorites like this one truly are the best—it's a fact that has been highlighted in magazines. What’s even better is that this place has remained largely unchanged over the years, maintaining that same fantastic flavor. I truly hope they never close!
The pizza I received was the dirtiest I've ever encountered. The staff was unfriendly, and there was a clear lack of care for the establishment and its customers. After I paid, the person working didn't even wash their hands before handling the pizza. This place is unhygienic, and I decided to leave. It's surprising that this attitude persists even after COVID. I strongly recommend staying away from this restaurant to avoid any health issues.
Worlds best pizza even after the ownership change is still the worlds best. The pizza's are made with love, lots of toppings and thick. If you don't like thick doughie pizzas you may not like these. What is slept on is the meatball sub and the massive chicken wings. I get the wings plain as it keeps it crunchier. Maybe they will add delivery one day which would be nice. And hopefully they can bring back the bbq.
