I've dined at Woows at least 50 times, and I've had a poor service experience about 25% of the time. The wait for service is often frustratingly long, even during slow hours. No one should have to wait more than 10 minutes just to be acknowledged after being seated and waiting to order drinks or food. The waitstaff can be difficult to find, and I've sometimes left the restaurant after noticing that staff members are just standing around. Often, someone will approach me while I’m leaving to explain that they are my server. The food has consistently been good, but today was my last experience with the disappointing service. I had orange chicken. It was pretty mediocre, more like a strip mall restaurant would serve. I didn't like that with 2 people they put an 18% tip on the bill. I usually tip with cash and tip 20% so because they did that I didn't. And he didn't actually deserve 20% because we talked for about 30 min after we finished our meal and he never cleared our dishes off the table.

I used to really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but over the last few months, it hasn't been as tasty or fresh. The sushi, in particular, has changed for the worse. The edamame also lacks freshness. I’m sorry to say it, but I will be looking for other sushi options from now on. It's still decent, but don't expect the outstanding, best sushi rolls you once did.

My husband and I came here for a date night on Friday at 7:30pm. Our server tried to rush us to order everything at once after placing your drink order. Although I appreciate fast service, I would like to enjoy my meal without having to be rushed out the door.Also- don’t order the tuna here. It’s very fishy. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is yuck...sushi was falling apart, understaffed, and the manager and host had no social skills. The place was empty and he had us waiting 30 minutes. The only good thing in that restaurant was our waitress Lily.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had a carry out from Woow. I don’t know what they sent us home with but that was not sushi, not fish, 100% inedible. The salmon slices were grey and all the sushi had ZERO taste.

Placed a last minute catering order here, and the staff was incredibly helpful and quick. The food was incredible. Superman roll, highly recommend.

This place is sub-par, probably would not make it if located in Chicago, pricey for what you get. I give it a solid 2.5 out of 5 Reserva una mesa ahora

Wifey wanted sushi. Was there for over almost an hour. Had a to go order. At 57 minutes they “forgot” my order.
