Xi'an Famous Food - Reserva de mesa

As someone from Xi’an, I have to say that this restaurant is quite disappointing, as it does not serve authentic Xi’an cuisine. The real dishes from my hometown are far superior. We, the people of Xi’an, do not use wide noodles to prepare Qishan-style noodles. Additionally, the mutton soup here is nothing like the one back home; the flavors are completely different. Please stop misrepresenting Xi’an food! My family has lived in Xi’an for over four generations, and I have never encountered food as poor as what is offered in this restaurant. (I have a photo from Xi’an train station to prove my roots before moving to Melbourne.)

I loved the street food here! The spicy pork noodle soup was amazing. I’m not sure why it has a low rating. Perhaps I’m not the best judge, but to me, if something tastes good, then it is good. I’ll definitely return to try a few more of their dishes. Goodbye for now!

Rougamo is quite average. There are much better options in Carnegie or other places in Caulfield, though I can't recall the name of the one I prefer. The noodle and rice dishes were overly salty. However, the chicken feet were well-prepared and enjoyable.

I was surprised they give you the bun with so many meat, which is good lol. The Chinese burger called Roujiamo only$5.5, should eat together with a cold thin noodles. The chili is very spicy, if you can’t eat spicy food need to be careful

There has been a noticeable decline in both quality and service. Additionally, they charge a 2% fee for using an electronic payment method, which I haven’t encountered anywhere else. I won't be returning.

Unassuming little place in the Caulfield plaza. It's super cheap and has pretty interesting Chinese food. I especially like the spicy thick noodles and also the cold noodles are quite tasty.

"Yes. Are you really open for 40 minutes? It’s currently 8:30 PM, and Google shows that the gates close at 10:00 PM, but the doors open at 8:30 PM. I arrived 40 minutes early."

Poor service. They forgot my order, so after a desperate long waiting, I have to ask again and wait for them to figure it out.
