I've been to plenty of Catinas around Miami but this location specifically is the worst I've ever been to. The chicken in my quesadilla was undercooked, the people sitting at the table next to me was complaining her tortilla was cold, I asked her for all 3 hot sauces and she gave me 2 of the same sauce. When 3 people who don't know each other bond over how bad the food is, that's how you know there's a problem.
Elizabeth Ballester has been taking care of me for about four years now, and anytime I come here I get treated like family. Me and my friends love coming here and eating their burritos and bowls and they are always as fresh and as flavorful as the first time.. I like to call this my favorite restaurant... their variety of sauces is amazing. I really love this place and it's employees!
Always an exceptional experience, especially with the service girls. Super sweet, professional and very accommodating! If I could give Cantina Grill more than 5 stars in service, I would! Come to the Hialeah location! People are here waiting to give you the best service ever! No cap!!
