The remaining was usually cold.The staff seemed to be overwhelmed, the tables were hardly empty and no one asked if something else was desired to drink.The chocolate fountain was quite net, however there was no, really no fruit or anything else to keep below.Since we visit many Chinese buffets, I would assign the selection here in the lower Mitelfeld.
