Very bad service! Waiting times until you are even served, the service ladies are overwhelmed and unfriendly. The food is mostly okay. My husband ate a burger last week and said that since the burger he had had such a stomach ache, diarrhea and co. He had it for 6 days. A week later today schnitzel with my girlfriend 3 children me 3 children all said the schnitzel and the fries tasted strange and actually it tasted really strange. Of course we reported this to the staff, the woman was visibly annoyed with us and said it couldn't be and left. Great okay then just not we will come back but only for a drink because they simply have a great games area that no one else has!

Die Bedienung hat sich darüber beschwert dass ein BABY(!!!! am Nebentisch eine Wasserflasche dabei hatte und eine banane! Gehts noch?! Es ist mir klar dass mitgebrachte speisen verboten sind, aber es ist ein baby! Soll es schnitzel und pommes essen?! Unfassbar!! Als sie den chef holen wollte kam sie nicht mehr, vermutlich sucht sie ihn immer noch...

So for now I would give 5 stars for the nice service. But the food was minus 10 stars, kässpätzle was a catastrophe and the sweet potato punch was even worse. Microwave dishes top this meal, I even find it very questionable.
