I ordered the Lamb Saag, which consists of lamb cubes cooked in spinach, and the Alo Gabi Matar, which is a cauliflower, pea, and potato dish. The Lamb Samosas were amazing, filled with meat. The Lamb Saag was absolutely delicious. I also had Basmati rice and naan bread. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving size, as I had leftovers for the next day as a side dish. This was my first time ordering from Yaar Indian Restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last. They efficiently took my order over the phone, and my food was delivered to my door within 30 minutes. This restaurant is a complete disappointment. For $24, you receive half a pound of chicken, half a pound of samosas, plenty of sauce, and some rice. Essentially, you are paying $20 for just one pound of food. On top of that, the delivery person demanded a tip three times the usual amount, despite the fact that I live within a 10-minute walk from the restaurant. When I called the restaurant to address this issue, they blatantly stated that I should not order from them if I cannot tip $3 for each order. It is clear that they do not value their customers, especially considering they offer free delivery and I am located just a short distance away. Even at $15, the meal would not be worth it.

I've ordered twice so far from here and the food is amazing. The combo gives you a meal, rice, an appetizer, and naan. I got the chicken korma the first time and the chicken saag the second time both with the chicken samosas as the appetizer and the plain naan. I cannot wait to try something new next time. The flavors are spot on with my expectations. I highly recommend ordering from here. Also everything is thoughtfully packed. I ordered via DoorDash and I live about 20-30 mins from this place. They pack things in a way that they stay warm and also that they do not spill.

This was my first time at this Indian restaurant. The ambiance was very cozy and relaxed. The service was friendly and very accommodating. I had the 3 course meal for 19.99 which was really delicious. The chicken samosa and tikka masala wasmouthwatering! And the kheer dessert was tasty. We ordered dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Cheese Naan, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Samosas, and Papdi. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Our plates were empty but our bellies were full. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I have not come here for over two years due to the pandemic had lunch on Monday, March 8, 2022. So happy I returned I love the service I love the food I love the ambience and I like the music. Everything is what I expected and even more of course I willreturn and recommend

I've ordered from Yaar so many times and the food is always consistent. It's better and more flavourful than places in Jackson height albeit more pricey but I consider the price worth it.

The dishes lacked flavor, and unfortunately Garlic Naan became cold. The Vegetable Biryani was not flavorful
