Execrable staff, we are asked to eat on the spot, we are “installed” on a table even not prepared, the waitress raises eyes to the sky because we had not yet chosen what we wanted to eat. She always tells us as unpleasantly that our order is ready and that we have to pay, we tell her again that we want to eat on the spot, exasperated, she changes us table. We quickly ate in order to get out of this place as quickly as possible, all this time the whole staff spoke about us by pointing our finger. The fact that the restaurant is almost empty would have to alarm us, it is not by treating its customers so that your restaurant will fill. Moreover, the products offered are not even too good qualit...

For the second time, this restaurant clearly scams customers. The previous order I wanted the lawyer instead of the salmon (since they are winning the salmon cost more than the lawyer) I'm ordered normally. Today I return to it I order exactly the same thing and I am told that there is an extra charge of 2€ Because I changed between salmon and lawyer! Fortunately I stay firm and don't wash. I can imagine the number of customers who get caught! Too bad I often went there because I lived next to it. It's over. Not counting the unacceptable reception, they speak on customers in Chinese! Pass your way

FUYEZ !!! Customer service is abominable, people speak badly on the phone, they charge you 2€ extra for a change on an order even if you order at home often. No sense of the relational, an increasingly poor quality with hard rice grains (the rice must have several days). They're lying to you, making you think Kiri's cheaper than lawyer... Before you open up a business, get in shape because it's distressing to deal with people like that. There are the Okynawa sushi that are of much better quality in the corner, and their traders deserve to receive your money, I strongly advise them!

The quantity products are correct, the fast service but do not expect a welcome or the sense of the customer service and imagine no customer loyalty! No gesture or thanks for more than 3 years. Edit 6/01/2023: the sushi restaurant that seeks to maximize its margins to the maximum: after the removal of the -10%in delivery, after the increase in prices, after the reduction of the size of the sushi, now application of an additional waiting time in delivery if payment on a CB card... that it is the next increase?! The service is worse and worse and the rates have taken a hell of a slap. More discount for take-away sale. I had already pointed out but you should not put salad (under) the gyozas cooked salad and taste is horrible. I would not come anymore, others are much better in Ermont.

Change in pricing, almost all the menu is more expensive and 10% off on take-off orders 17.2% increase in price on my usual order!!! And the sashimis are more like carpaccios. Or how to accumulate over-inflation and shrinkflation. Sayonara
