I wish I could leave 0 stars.... Dirty!!!!! Broken machines!!! I asked for a sample and was told they only give samples of 2 flavors and that machine is broken. Seriously? I then clarified twice to make sure I had heard correctly- I did! I then asked.... So I can 't have a sample of the salted caramel pretzel? . She said no. So, we left. They lost out on a sale of overpriced frozen yogurt with lots of overpriced toppings that they would have made a nice profit on. But....maybe she saved us from getting sick because it was dirty!

My daughter and I absolutely love this place! We've been visiting the Wynnewood location for years and plan to keep coming back. While things have changed since COVID, I believe they are improving. I've noticed that showing a little kindness to the staff often leads to them being kind in return. Many young employees are still figuring things out, and sometimes they just need a gentle push in the right direction. I truly appreciate the service we receive and hope that the store and its staff continue to develop and thrive.

Froyo was as good as ever but the employees were horrific. One yelled at us to lift the handle up when it was and yelled for wasting froyo which was all in my cup. she was mopping so close to my friend that she tripped her. Told us to leave at 930 when it's open until 10PM. Overall, the staff has been terrible since it reopened after COVID. The owners should hire better and friendlier staff. I will have to consider alternatives because it was such a negative environment. Rating is off the employees, not the dessert.

The yogurt was tasty, but the cleanliness could use significant improvement. I’m puzzled as to why they feel entitled to tips when the staff behind the counter hardly do anything. They barely acknowledge customers when they walk in and don’t even say goodbye when they leave. If that's the level of service provided, they might as well switch to an automated system. It was quite costly and the service was lackluster in a place that really needs updating. The yellow metal chairs outside are broken and even ended up cutting my granddaughter’s leg. There are plenty of reasons to steer clear of this restaurant! It’s clear the owner doesn't care about the experience.

I have been coming here for years. I am giving one star bcz salted caramel flavor was removed. That was the favorite of so many customers, including myself.. When I was in the store today, a lady was voicing her opinion as well and she said she will stop coming also. Plz being it back..

I absolutely love this place! They offer delicious frozen yogurt with a wide variety of toppings. Plus, the service is quick, making it easy to grab a treat and go.
