there were five of us (two adults and three children) and we had a table at 5:30 on Monday night. all started as we were shown on our table at the waiter and gave our menus. in this phase there were only people at two other tables. we quickly penetrated the menu and waited for our order to be taken. in this phase there were two employees in front of the house, one dame behind the bar, the phone orders and the man who had shown us to our table who was busy picking up. it was 15 minutes after we came in before we could get his attention to us and our commands could accept. because we were not sure how hungry everyone really was, we decided to order some dishes first to order some later. no pro...
Yum!! Came here for dinner mid-week and while the place lacked a little ambience, we loved our food. Staff were always on hand for when we needed them and had kids bowls, cutlery and highchairs which our kids loved! We had some pork and chive...dumplings which came in a big portion. You need that many cause they're yum and our kids demolished them! I also ordered duck and cabbage vermicelli noodles and beef stir fried noodles. Both were super delicious, flavour packed and loved by all. A tad greasy though... We loved our meal, all good food, well priced (especially when using the Entertainment Card) and quick service. Just had lunch today with friends from Canberra, this was their first time here, but our third. As usual the steamed pork dumplings were fantastic to start. Next was the duck, fish and beef dishes. All were well prepared, presented and plentiful. Superb tasting dishes with some of the fluffy rice we always expect and get here. Well priced, try the Chinese beer. Very tasty.
I'd be good with bad customer service if that was cheap, but it's not. was often with family and friends and did not observe any recognition of the customer especially when it was time to pay. eating was decent, but the service makes the experience...not worth supporting the business.

last minute decision to dinate here and were impressed. we shared prawn dump, duck jump rolls, and boneless crispy fried duck with plum sauce. all meals were delicious and fresh. the service was error-free.

Friendly service, amazing food, best fried rice we have actually EVER had!! All our meals were thoroughly enjoyed by the 3 of us we left full and greatful we found this great restaurant!
Alarmed at finding this steel wool obviously from a scouring pad in our food! Worse still the restaurant refuses to return a complain call or pass on managers email.
