Both are very passionate and they guide you in your choices and explanations about their products. He advises as well if you are looking for a product to offer (we were on sake). I tasted their onigiris, Japanese pastries, the shoyou ramen, ghyosas and frankly I think I'm not going to pass it often but I'm super satisfied and I advise to test it. It really doesn't look like our Asian restaurant and it's pretty fine and delicate.
We went there for the first time last night to order ramen and while our dishes were being prepared we went around the shop and took an “anti-waste” mystery basket just to discover without choosing. Once home we enjoyed excellent ramen, very generous and the mystery bag kept all its promises full of good things to discover and an attractive quality/price ratio. We will return without hesitation.
I didn't test the whole card but the Ramens (the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian) are very good. The products are of quality. Okonomyaki also very good. I also like their fresh tea drink without sugar! Very nice it changes anyway!

In addition to offering Asian products, the kitchen is a treat. We see the managers are passionate! I came especially for the Bubble tea is they are just delicious! Easy to order and there is not too much waiting. I recommend!
Very good! Simply a pleasant, atypical local staff and above all very good dishes typical of Japanese that change the usual dishes served elsewhere (I recommend the Gyozas. If you pass this way you have to go through it!
Held by passionate and very nice French people who traveled a lot to Japan and learned the kitchen with chefs down to build their project. This is my first experience of ramen curry and red beans in desserts, I loved!!
Absolutely delicious. Haves tested more specialties and everything is excellent. Scented delicate in brief extra. The gyozas are to fall with their sublime little sauce. See you soon.

A real pleasure to find real Japanese dishes outside Paris. Long recommended!! We really feel the passion and motivation of the staff, they have great potential.
