When the pizza arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—it was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect amount of toppings and was cooked to perfection. The salad was also fantastic! It’s worth noting that everyone has different experiences, so don’t let that scare you off—take the plunge and try something new.

He answered and said "delivery" before hanging up. Apparently this place doesn't like to replace food they made errors with. They made an error on my order not once but twice. First time Wings flat fries when I ordered wings with the bone and onions wings. And then they came with just wings with the bone and no onion wings. I gave the delivery guy a generous tip and they wouldn't turn back around even if I gave another tip to get my correct order. So I was stuck here with food I didn't want. Not ounce but twice... find another sub shop! Not this one! Apparently they like to keep money they didn't earn as well. So be very careful if you choose to order from them.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but ever single time I've been there there is a workers screaming and yelling that they hate their job making the customers feel really uncomfortable. While doing this they will also give you an attitude. Heads up if your ordering here be prepared to get charged a completely different amount then whats said on the menu I've found the workers will charge you what ever they feel like charging at the time. All this and you'll wait forever for your order to be wrong.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and received two bowls of wilted lettuce and three soggy slices of tomato and cucumber. I requested extra chicken, but it was just the standard amount, and I ended up shredding it myself. The pizza was way too salty, as if it had been overly seasoned. Additionally, the young woman who took my order on Saturday night (8/26/23) was unprofessional and lacked proper etiquette, which is unacceptable.
Straight trash.... i ordered mozzarella sticks and didnt come with any marinara Sauce. simply because they didnt have any and are still waiting for jar yet i get fully charged and they never even bother to tell me. I wouldve changed my order... i dont tell partially pau their delivery drivers and tell them..m i partially have the money and im still waiting for a pay check... smh
This is the best steak and cheese in Boston! I've had a steak and cheese from here before, but there was something different about my last experience. Be sure to order it exactly like this: a lightly toasted steak and cheese sub with peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayo. You won't regret it!
Customer service good but the pizza was not good. There was barely any sauce and it was very sweet,also the mushrooms are canned so it leaves a bad taste on the pizza. Unfortunately I wouldn't order from there again.
