Ordered Big Mans Rump, medium. It was perfectly cooked, topped with mushroom sauce. Mushrooms a tad rubbery but definitely edible. Came with fries and salad, the salad had cucumber, carrot sticks, mixed leaves and a nice tangy dressing. Instead of being a garnish on the plate like some pubs it was actually part of the meal. I'd recommend this dish for sure. We sat outside in the gazebo area out back. As it was a week day and lunch time it was lovely and quiet. Service was prompt and wait staff friendly. No desert ordered, the meal itself was very filling.

This pub is pretty good and has the atmosphere of a typical place you might find in a tourist area, but it feels more like a local spot for a casual day out than a destination for visitors. It has a lovely old English charm that surpasses what you might expect from a British pub. When I went, it was quite tranquil, and the staff were welcoming. There's an outdoor seating area, and it's just a short walk from the train station. However, I doubt anyone would make a special trip by train just to visit this pub.

I must admit I was not really expecting too much from here but I was pleasantly surprised. We walked and and we're seated quickly. All drinks and food were ordered at the table. The service was not super fast but they were busy and it was not a long wait. The meals were good honest pub food. Nothing fancy but nice and tasty meals. We will be going again and hope it will be a nice evening again

The ambiance is wonderful, evoking a delightful 'country vibe' that clearly explains why patrons come back so often and why the staff knows you by name. The menu boasts a fantastic variety at excellent prices! I strongly recommend trying the creamy chicken, corn, and leek soup, the mushroom and asparagus crêpe, and the fish and chips. I love the Narry, top place, been serving locals great food and grog for ever. Cheap prices, cold beer, nice staff, and take aways open very late which is convenient

Quick service, guiness and beef pie is delicious aswell as lamb shanks. Huge servings, very happy and will be back.
