After six years of visits, Yellowtail continues to impress. The food and service are exceptional, and the use of Molton Brown products in the restroom adds a nice touch of luxury. The ambiance is delightful, especially on the balcony, but be aware of the outdoor conditions. On windy days, you may get splashed by the Bellagio fountains. During this visit, there was a change in the reservation process for the balcony seating, so it's essential to communicate with the restaurant if you prefer to dine outside. This continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. From the sushi rolls to the ambiance to the service, it's impeccable and you leave looking forward to your next visit. I highly recommend the big eye tuna pizza. The manager, Irene, has visited my table to check on us on my last two visits and she has a way of making you feel special, like you're the only table there (when they're full) it's quite a talent. Can't wait for my next visit!!
Wow! Ten stars! What an amazing meal! I have several food allergies, and Yukiko was incredibly helpful in finding me some delicious options. She skillfully navigated the menu and worked with the chef to adjust the dishes for me. I've never experienced such excellent guidance from waitstaff before. And did I mention that the food was exceptionally fresh and delightful?

The view is stunning and the food is incredibly tasty. If you're willing to treat yourself, this restaurant is certainly worth a visit. We chose the Omakase, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you! Food rating: 5/5.

Nice view, great location. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the food wasn't great. The crispy tofu and rock shrimp had way too much sauce. The gyoza were just ok. However, the tuna pizza was REALLY good!!Food: 3/5
My brother and I dined at this restaurant last week, and I highly recommend it to any sushi lover. It's definitely at the top of my list for places to visit in Vegas and beyond. Our server, Yukiko, was excellent.

Nice spot to enjoy Asian cuisine including sushi. Not the greatest but certainly good. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. Service was outstanding.Food: 4/5
