I recently had the pleasure of visiting Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea, and I must say, I was blown away by the authenticity and refreshing taste of their teas. From start to finish, my experience was delightful. The Green Tea Fruit Tea was a perfect blend of natural fruit flavors and the earthy notes of green tea. It wasn't overly sweet, allowing the tea's true essence to shine through. The Black Tea with Foam Milk Tea was a textural delight, with the velvety foam adding a luxurious touch to the rich black tea. The balance was spot on, making it a treat for the senses. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea had that delightful caramelized sweetness that's so characteristic of Taiwanese brown sugar boba. It was...

I used to really enjoy my visits to Yifang, especially for their winter melon tea. However, my recent experiences at the Daly City location were disappointing. The winter melon tea had a distinct plastic taste on multiple occasions. After reaching out to Yifang about the issue, they informed me that they had a shortage of their previous winter melon ingredients and are currently using a different source. While I appreciate their prompt response, it's concerning that they're serving a drink with a noticeably different and subpar taste due to ingredient shortages. This begs the question: are there other drinks impacted by similar shortages? It's hard to tell. While other drinks might be okay,...
My husband and I always love visiting any Yi Fang locations whenever we have milk tea cravings. While driving on our way back from our hiking activities in the Pacifica area, our cravings brought us to this Colma location. What attracts us to Yi Fang is the variety of drinks to order for the lactose intolerance. I usually order a strawberry milk tea with oat milk substitution and the flavor is always so vibrant along with small strawberry chunks. I usually get 25-30% sweetness and it was just the perfect amount for me. This is truly a grab and go location (which is fine) but something to take note of when visiting as some Yi Fang locations have a sit down area. There are two kiosks to order...
This is the place to come to if you're a fan of fruit teas as they have so many options for you to choose from. For me, I'm more of a classic milk tea type of girlie so my options are a bit more limited but I do tend to get their black tea latte, with boba, and customized with my preferred levels of ice and sweetness. This is a very cramped retail space with no seating. When you come in, you order at one of the two kiosks and then wait for your number to be called. It's easier to wait outside as otherwise you're in the way of other people looking to put their order in. What struck me when I first came in was how overly sweet the entire place smelled, which wasn't the most pleasant thing tbh. Reserva una mesa ahora
Disclaimer: I don't usually drink Asian boba teas so I'm probably not the best critic for this type of beverage. I was shopping at the Carter's store on a late Tuesday morning and noticed this newish Yi Feng Tea shop. Not having tried their teas before, I thought it was a good treat for a warm day. No line at all. Service was friendly enough. I ordered the grass jelly almond latte on the kiosk. It was ready within minutes. I thought it was refreshing and enjoyed the beverage. Would reorder this again. I'm not a huge fan of the fruit tea selection but would be willing to try another grass jelly or red bean drink. Wouldn't necessarily get it if there was a long line, but that's just me.
My go to is the fruit tea since I'm lactose intolerant.. the fruit tea always hits the spot whenever I'm craving for something refreshing and somewhat healthy lol. It contains bits of pineapple bits, passion fruit seeds, apples slices and orange slices. Not sure what tea they use, but it's a great combo. Hits the spot every time ; I don't usually add any toppings since there's already a bunch of fruits in there. At the end I like to open up the seal and eat the fruits, cuz why not? Overall, one of my go to spots for boba, great location for when I'm running errands!
The place is very small and strictly takeout. There was a long line on a hot Sunday. So we decided to try ordering through their app but the menu was difficult to use to when customizing our drinks. We finally stood in line to use the in-store ordering kiosk. Our first visit here and the wait time to get our drinks exceeded 30 minutes. People were standing outside patiently waiting but were not happy campers. The drinks I ordered had orange and apple slices, a nice twist to a tea drink. Their huge variety of quality drinks is undermined by the long wait time.
Removing one star 12/9/23 8:00 PM This evening, I placed an online order. When my order was ready, a smug employee slid four drinks towards me, slammed the straws on top and said there you go I politely asked if there was an easier way to carry the four drinks, since they normally bag them. He flipped over two drinks, stacked them and said that 's how , sarcastically. Drinks were still good. Some employees need a refresher in customer service. Ambiance was the same as usual and they weren 't even busy. Reserva una mesa ahora
I come here for boba quite often, always quick service. There's no seating inside, so it's just to go. I love the winter-melon tea latte, but I think they stopped serving it or ran out the last time I went. The matcha latte is good, very authentic. The black tea is also yummy!
Place was great, easy parking and short wait compared to other locations. The fruit tea was good. Wish they would move the kiosk outside though
