It was a hot day and Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea hit the spot! The place is spacious, but more importantly, there was a good variety of options available. Today, I opted for the Coffee Jelly Black Tea Latte and it did not disappoint! I, personally, do not like sweet drinks. Thus, I really enjoyed the bitterness of the black tea and the coffee jelly. If you appreciate tea and coffee, or specially the caffeine, this is the perfect drink! However, if you like your teas with sweetened, you can ask to the sweetness adjusted. Always fantastic! I really appreciate that their ingredients are fresher and possibly even organic compared to other boba places. You can truly taste the quality and freshness of the food and boba additions, free from the chemicals found in so many other spots. I love the generosity of this place—the drinks are consistently delicious and uniquely flavorful! The only downside is that I used to be able to order more than four toppings per drink, but it seems that now there’s a limit of four. This was among the top 5 most delicious boba drinks Ive ever had! I also really appreciate that they let you purchase as many boba editions as you want and dont limit you to just three or four like so many other places. And theyll put them in an extra cup for you too. Any boba place that does this is the only boba place I will keep going to! I like to buy all the additions and even sometimes just ask for a cup of ALL the additions and no tea or milk. Am Im the only one who does this? This is my favorite boba tea shop because they serve the best tea and boba in town. Their drinks are so delicious that I often buy an extra cup just for the toppings to use in desserts. Everything tastes fresh and natural—there's no artificial flavor here. You won't find any chemical aftertaste in their boba, pudding, or jellies. Plus, when you request zero sugar, you actually get it in several of the milk teas, unlike at other places where sugar is already mixed in and many of their toppings are artificially flavored or colored. I tried the brown sugar matcha latte with boba, the green tea latte with boba, and the salted cream green tea with boba. The brown sugar matcha latte was a bit too strong for my taste; I prefer the matcha latte on its own with boba instead. The green tea latte tasted like ice-cold milk with just a hint of tea, and with so much milk, it reminded me more of soy milk. The salted cream green tea had a stronger tea flavor but wasn’t very creamy; it felt more like a watery tea with a hint of coconut flavor from the sea salt. The boba here seemed smaller than at other bubble tea shops and was quite chewy.

There were plenty of parking spaces available near the shopping center. The menu was extensive! I ordered the green tea with the suggested 30% sweetness, and it tasted fresh—perfect for a warm day. They offer a variety of options, including almond or oat milk as substitutes for all dairy products. I also appreciated the spacious waiting area, which features a lovely zen-inspired seating corner. Reading about the business’s history printed on the walls was a nice touch, and I love that they are a local business rather than a big chain. I would definitely come back and bring friends with me!

The best boba place in Alameda, without a doubt! (It might even be the best in Oakland, too!) Their drinks are incredibly unique and delicious, made with all-natural ingredients. They are far more natural and free from chemicals compared to any other boba shop we've visited. Additionally, the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. We absolutely love Yi Fang!

this is our favorite place for blown in the environment. they have great variety and quality. the sort is too big? but the product is so good, I tend to see that as an opportunity/excuse to try many big blase tees. the pricing is at the top end for blase tea shops in the opposite, but I don't think it's excessive. They have a wide variety of options! You can customize the sweetness and ice level for just about everything. I added tapioca pearls to my drink, and it still tasted great!
