Yim Siam Thai Food

On Tuesday I was privileged to be at the reopening of the newly refurbished Yim Siam. The interior is much more bright and modern. The sating is comfortable and accommodates varying numbers of diners, from a table for one or 16 and probably more. Now to the food. On an evening there is an A La Carte menu along with three set menus. I went with the “Phuket”. Starter is is prawn crackers followed by An excellent soup (no fish), followed by chicken satay skewers. There are three choices for main. I went for the chicken green curry. The chefs are Thai so I asked for Thai spicy. It was wonderful. The sauce was beautiful and the kick from the chilli’s superb. Desert is a choice of coconut ice cream or fried bananas and vanilla ice cream. The bananas and ice cream were excellent. And the service. David and lady with red hair were superb. Very attentive. The wine list is excellent and very reasonably priced. A pint is also great price for centre los Cristianos. Would definitely recommend a visit. I will certainly going back.

We come to Los Cristianos every year and eat at this restaurant on every trip. The food is amazing! I love the location and the staff are great too. I would give it full stars but the only slight thing to mention is that the service is a little too quick.

When invoice is double as it should, staff should realise that. We saw it right a way. Many items included which we did not ordered. Correction was done in no time.

Very nice authentic Thai food. As a Thai person eating at Yim Thai food it was what I would eat in Thailand. Very affordable prices too

For me a top Thai , we do like Thai food and we had a vary good experience. A good change after two weeks of top Tenerifian food.
