Ynot Italian In Virg

I've been coming to this location since they opened, that is like 1991 or 1992. So hear me out. 32 years is a long time. I have eaten here by myself, with family and friends many many times for special occasions, etc., and just for fun. Always enjoyed it. I've ordered many of the items on the menu and all of it was good. I remember the original narrow, deep footprint and then the subsequent additions of the deli and then an ice cream parlor and all of that. Really cool to see things evolve now into a really large space. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and arrived 45 minutes later to pick them up, only to find that they weren’t ready. The staff informed us that there had been a mix-up and our pizzas needed to be made from scratch. I can't understand how you can mess up two simple pepperoni pizzas. We had a specific time to be at another location with the food, and now we were running late because they had to prepare our order. In total, we ended up waiting over an hour. I’m really not impressed and I will never return to this place.

Okay food at a premium price. I ordered a large Italian sub with extra meat. I would call it a medium or regular not large. 2 of rhese put together make other restaurant large. I ordered double meat which was fortunate since that netted me slightly more than a regular amount. It would all be good if it tasted great. It tastes good, not great. I wont be back. It's located in the correct area with lots of disposable income. I just don't have disposable income.

Absolutely amazing! Kelly took my order for a pre-cooked pizza without any issues. Peter was like an angel sent from heaven! He delivered my pizza right on time and even offered to say a beautiful prayer with me. I recently lost my wonderful son Brandyn due to the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and Peter's kind gesture made my day. We had a lovely conversation about faith. Amen! Ynot has always been FAMILY first and customer first. Ever since I was kid in 1993 when they first opened. However, I had to change my review after having them tell us they won't deliver to us anymore after 3 years even though we are right in there delivery zone. Maybe they were just super busy. But that's a shame either way. Not expected from Ynot and I would think Tony would agree.

This place use to be better. Overall it's okay... it's not that good to be this pricey. Some servers are great, but you may be stuck with one that forgets you're there. Their chopped salads are really good... but again it's PRICEY!

Ok food. Nice staff. Greek salad chicken feta= 32.50. Seriously- and workers don’t earn a living wage. Shameful, but as they said “People will pay it”

Kelly was amazing. My boyfriend and I went in a couple weeks ago and loved having her as a server. She deserves a raise!
