Yo Sushi - Reserva de mesa

My daughter booked for 1.45 pm, after our visit to the Peter Rabbit’s Garden show for my grandson. Realising it would be a long time for the little one to wait when we came out of the show my daughter asked if we could bring the booking forward. The gentleman was very pleasant and said, not at the moment but if you come back at 1.30 there may have been a cancellation. We went back at 1.30 but the young lady who was now on said there were no available tables, yet some people arrived whilst we were standing there and asked for a table. She asked if they had booked, they said no but, strangely she showed them to a table straight away. We waited until 1.45 and at 1.47 the same young lady arrived...

Changed for the worse. Now a very small selection of dishes. I really just wanted to order salmon sashimi but had to order a whole super salmon box to get that. The prawn katsu curry was the worst I’ve had two prawns were hard and rubbery and one was soggy and tasted funny. My husband got a large chicken katsu curry yet here you get the same amount of rice as when ordering a normal sized one. There is now only seating along a couple of benches facing out (no more tables to talk to each other) and the plastic/disposables wastage is immense. You have to have your sushi in non reusable containers, the wasabi and soy sauce come in small disposable plastic containers (no ginger available either),...

I was so excited for yo sushi as it’s a real treat but I’ll not be going back because the staff were horrible. They were so rude and condescending that I had to ask if I’d done something wrong to make them so angry! To top it off they charged me £5.75 for a pancake which was advertised and labelled as £3.50 and when I told them they said they’d give me a refund but the receipt didn’t say refund and when I asked they didn’t explain anything and instead said wait 3-5 days and if it’s not there call the store! Today, I visited 'Yo Sushi ' with my partner and couple of friends. 3 of which are content creators and planned to document our meal. We arrived at 19:15 and were immediately told it was closed despite the website stating it closed at 8pm. We objected to the waitress and she was adamant it was closed and we wouldn 't be able to dine inside. very good sushi at a fun place bar, eating, location, prices. everything is very good. you can taste so many Japanese dishes at once. their portions ate small, so u can order many different things to try. highly recommended

Unable to order food via website. Spoke to staff to ask about ordering hot food and was told the kitchen was closed. Ordered prepackaged food and then got moved out of the dinning area as they were closing

Not good sushi and way overpriced. Dry and tasteless very disappointing. Tasted like it was not fresh and left out for a few days. Staff were nice however

Picked up the order of a few rolls boxes on Monday evening Very tasty fresh nigiri rolls and excellent attentive staff

We just wanted a quick inexpensive snack before our train back to London. Yo Sushi did the trick. Very tasty!
