We just came back from this Yogo Factory and it said they 're open but it is dark inside with no one inside. We went to the Istanbul restaurant to ask if Yogo was open and she was like yes but then ignored us. When we actually started to fill out cup, the froyo flavors were minimal and then the toppings were even less. The spoons for the toppings to tell customers what it was were all mixed and not correct. We couldn 't tell how old those items were and when we got home to try the froyo, it was sour. We wasted $15 for 2 cups of froyo. Our cups of froyo were not even based off of weight so one cup was $7 something and it went down the drain because we couldn 't eat it. If I could I would give...
This restaurant review is terrible. If I could give it a 0, I would. It is the worst frozen yogurt place I have ever visited. I don't believe the positive reviews could be genuine, it must be fake reviews. The restaurant was very dark, making it difficult to see if it was even open. There were only a few machines, and many of them were out of order. One of the machines that was supposedly 'working' dispensed liquid instead of frozen yogurt. Most of the toppings were gone, and the ones that were available were stale (soft Oreos, gooey health pieces). The floor was sticky, and the prices were too high ($6.50 for a medium). We went to eat the the Istanbul restaurant and you know kids they seen the Yogo and had to get some frozen yogurt. This is basically in my sons words mommy this is the best frozen yogurt I have ever had ! They had so many varieties and flavors and so many toppings the kids went crazy and didn 't know what they want. Also the owner is very nice and the staff are really friendly! Thank you!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The frozen yogurt tasted bad, it was overpriced, the containers had no toppings, and the atmosphere inside was dark. I paid $8 for a small cup of frozen yogurt with no toppings. Overall, it was a complete disappointment and I would not recommend it.

One of my favorite places to visit. The staff are very friendly, and has one of the best frozen yogurts ever. There is a ton of variety to choose from and is beyond delicious. Its also great to come with kids, and hangout. Definitely recommend.
Too dark. There were a lot fruit flies everywhere even on the toppings. I felt very disgusted by it. I will say the cookies cream was a good flavor, I did not put any toppings because of the flies.
I visited this restaurant today and it seemed as though it was closed. The interior was dark, the door was wide open, and there was no one at the counter. We ended up just leaving.
$4+ for this? 2.2 ounces of vanilla custard and no toppings. What a rip off. First and last time we’re coming here.

The ice cream has fruit flies and mold in it. I would take myself to jail if I let my friends eat this
So many yummy flavors to choose from. We enjoy going there.
