Yogurt Factory in SoOuest is located just by the escalators on the underground level. It 's a quaint little shop with a few not-so-sturdy tables and a long red bench along the wall. It 's nice but once a crowd forms, four tables just don 't cut it anymore. The only worker manning the kitchen is a polite and patient man. He works hastily, but once a line forms, you might need to wait awhile. All that aside, the most important is obviously the yogurt, or Froyo. For that matter, I have no complaints. 10/10.
