It's been a while since I last visited this restaurant, and I was quite surprised to see the small fried fish they serve now! I used to enjoy a long, large piece of fried fish on my plate. I was informed that everything is now portioned differently. The serving of French fries was also quite limited, and the prices have increased significantly! Well, I guess I’ll have to fry my own fish next time!
Called to place an order for two days in a row. Nobody answered the phone so I decided to drop by to see if they were closed for good. Sign said open... couldn't see anyone inside...no customers or staff visible. It's not just this establishment but all over...sizes have been reduced while the price has risen...and sadly, nobody appears to want to work anymore!
Non resident just passing through and was given recommendation to stop at Yorks.The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Ordered just the basic fried fish and chips. The fish piece was large with perfect coating and was very good.Will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in the area.
The food had absolutely no flavor and the sides taste like something out of the freezer section. There were flies everywhere and it was super hot inside. Also, this place is overpriced for what you get. Reserva una mesa ahora
The experience was definitely different from what I expected. The fish lacked flavor, and the zucchini had an odd taste, reminiscent of a low-quality pre-packaged product.
They have some of the best battered fish and chips locally in my opinion. While waiting for food I noticed most orders were to go though there was plenty of sitting room.
I can't tell you how many times I wanted to eat here but they were closed unfortunately their hours are very short but their food is excellent if you can find them open.
Priced way too high for fish that isn't very fresh. Found mine way too tough and over cooked. It's a shame, but what can you expect from seafood so far inland. Reserva una mesa ahora
