I'm a regular customer at this location. And before the portion of the teriyaki chicken and beef bowl is filled up all the way to the top line of the bowl and box. And the portion of the rice was a large portion as well. And your XL bowl portion is like a regular size portion now which doesn't like a good quality anymore. And same goes with all the fast foos restaurants and other restaurants and plus with the inflation going on. The portion of the food should never change otherwise this could effects your business.And plus we waited in line for way too long as they were seems to look like they're busy in the kitchen and the drive thru. And the funny thing is, once we saw this employee finish...

He is rude no customer service etiquette and shits on customers like his salary does not come from customers who buy and patronize the brand. I saw the reviews here regarding this issue and YOSHINOYA IS NOT SERIOUS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOSHINOYA HAS AN APP THAT LETS YOU EARN POINTS. This rude guy said our restaurant does not participate in the app really? This brand has less than how many stores here in CALIFORNIA and this Paisol or whoever this asian rude dude is saying.
I did not expect this, I think this yoshinoya gives you the most. I have been to ones in corona, ontario, and i didn't fuss about the portion because i thought that was the new meta. I think the cook was in a good mood today. But this one looks justlike the ones as advertised lol what a day. i would have been happy if they even gave a 1/2 of this because that would havebeen more than what other stores gave me should have taken a picture of them and yes i always order xl

Took 20 minutes to get order.App said to scan barcode at receipt but no barcode. app has no coupons only points if you can enter them. Good luck on that.
