Yoshinoya South Pomona

I got a coupon in the mail today and thought, I haven't been to Yoshinoya in a while let's go. ? I pulled up at the drive through and no one acknowledged me after 3 to 4 min, so I pulled up to the window and after 4 min of watching the girl take orders at the front counter. I realized I was not gonna get served. This is really sad and unprofessional. I worked in fast food for many years and it doesn't take nothing but a minute to tell someone hold on I'll be right with you or to look at someone and acknowledge them. This was not worth the drive across town. I can't rate the food because no one wanted to serve me. On a good note I did stop at Carl's Jr where they were super friendly and fast....

I spent 42.00 bucks on 2 meals and didnt get any ginger, didnt get the extra juice I paid for one the beef and the chicken skin was a burned which made it have a bitter taste. I was very disappointed. On top of that they didnt credit me anything because I didnt review it on the right area or something like that. Never the less I wont be ordering tht anytime soon. that was a wasted 42.00 I spent for something we didnt enjoy

This location is by far ?the worse customer service experience ! I waited for over 45 min in the drive through. It is unacceptable how slow this place is?the workers are slow and have no sense of urgency. Please invest in talent management?you need a manager who will change the culture of the current employees. A fast food place should have an emphasis on ? quickly ? serving your customer. Unacceptable, disgusting service

I give 5 stars because these employees need to be applauded and motivated. It was great at the beginning and now they use strategies to make customers angry or go away! I waited for a meal for 45 minutes, which I preordered online 1 hour ago. C?mon have them nice beef and cook well! Five stars safe! The original staff who were slow should all be fired and get new blood! Period:

On 4/15/22, I went to Yoshinoya for my first time ever. IT IS AMAZING. Saydee took care of me, and I cannot thank her enough for her friendliness and her advice on what's good to order. She was professional, smiled a friendly smile, and made me feel welcome. Large beef was very flavorful, cooked perfectly, and delicious!

If you like waiting 30+ minutes for your fast food then this place is for you! I 'm not sure what 's going on but this is THE SLOWEST Yoshinoya I 've ever been in my entire life! It 's like they actually fly to Japan to get the food or something.....need better management for sure!

Came in today and order some beef and rice and opened it immediately saw a long black hair gross so I was going through the beef saw 3 more long hair.. I end up throwing the food away so disgusting lost appetite..

Love this place much more than some of the other places I visited from late. Friendlier staff and more intake with spices and sauces.
