You Korean Japanese Sushi

WOW...JUST WOW!! Best sushi I've had in my life!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Service was top notch and food was impeccable ???? I came upon this place by looking for a place to eat, and reading reviews on Google. This place did not disappoint!! They have such a large sushi menu, with so many options. We got 3 different rolls. We decided to go for different rolls that you normally can't get anywhere else. We got the Maui Roll, Yummy Roll, and Ichiban Roll...they were all so good!! I normally am not a fan of deep fried rolls, but these were so good!! We both said the Maui roll was our favorite, which is weird, because I dont like mango, and that mango on there made my tastebuds pop, and burst with flsame. Some of the rolls said they were spicy. I normally can not do spicy, but they were not too spicy for me at all. I honestly could not taste the spice at all. However, the rolls were full of flavor, extremely fresh, did not fall apart, and like I said...the BEST sushi I've ever had in my entire life. We also got some fried rice, and it was so good! Was not dried out like most fried rice. It was full of flavor. They also brought out a sauce to put on your fried rice...it was a little too spicy for me though, so I didn't do that sauce. The owner also brought us out some spicy crab meat to try...it was delicious. Not too spicy at all. Everything we had was so good. We will definitely be coming back, and I will also be referring all of my friends to this gem! I can't believe I haven't heard of this place before now! Now that I've been here...I will be here alot more often! 10-22-21: Went back again today, and it was just as good! This time got 2 sushi rolls, the Maui Roll and the Firecracker Roll (with no spicy sauce on the Firecracker roll) both were very good. Also got the lunch special of the Bulgoki. OMG...That was Phenomenal!!! It was sliced meat, and kind of sweet. Will be going back and getting a dinner portion of that! They also brought us some

My family and I went to You Korean Japanese for dinner the other day after a day of Christmas shopping. Business was slow (unsurprising for a cold Monday night), so there was no wait to get a table. The woman who took our order was friendly, and enjoyed making conversation and cooing over my baby niece. While we waited for our food, my sister-in-law and I enjoyed browsing in the little food market they had between the dining area and the restrooms. I ordered the beef bulgoki, and it was fantastic. My mom tasted mine (she ordered the teriyaki chicken) and said she wished she'd have ordered it as well. They had good options for the pickier eaters (such as my mom's teriyaki chicken or the chicken katsu that my dad and brother both ordered), but I think the pickier eaters were missing out. The sushi my sister ordered looked great and there are several other items on the menu that I hope to try in the future.

We had an outstanding dinner at You Korean Japanese restaurant last night. It was our first visit, and we look forward to returning the next time we are in the area. We arrived for an early dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meal: the California Roll, the Red Dragon Roll, the Yummy Roll, Bluefin Tuna nigiri, and the Gyoza Soup. Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. The Gyoza Soup is a new favorite; just the broth alone was delectable.

Really good food and service even if the price is a little high. They were able to change the food to fit my preferences. The entree portions are quite large while the sushi rolls are pretty much standard. They have a little store in the back and have a few hard to get items there.

All the food is really good here! They are very friendly too. It's never too crowded and you won't wait too long to get your food. They even gave all of us free dessert because it was my daughter's birthday. We will definitely be back again.
