« Moyen » sur la qualité car (riz vinaigré sans goût, confection des springs rolls ou maki très aléatoire, visuel compliqué… MAIS service excellent et accueil irréprochable. Je remercie vivement « Margaux » pour son implication dans l’excellence et je recommande malgré tout cet endroit pour une expérience agréable en couple, en famille ou même en repas d’affaire. Je n’ai pas hésité à venir de Saint-Jean-de-Luz pour récupérer une commande spéciale . Merci pour ta Confiance et ce coté agréable qui fait de toi une personne vraiment attachante. First experience at You Sushi: a successful test! For two, a dish of matching makis: fresh and taste with miso soup offered. An assortment of 12 sashimis (thon, salmon and turkey) for me and turkey for my companion, all accompanied by 2 bowls of rice offered. Everything was excellent, even the dry Jurançon glass and coffee! Special Mention for spicy ginger. We were satisfied and satisfied for 56€ at two: reasonable price given the quality of the products. Smiling and friendly waitress. Nice frame.
Pretty nice sushi but really bad service. 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening, the waitress asks us if we have reservations and pulls a dismayed face when we tell her no. The restaurant is empty and has remained so all evening but she insists on the fact that reservations must be made with the same annoyed air. If there wasn't a table we would have gone to eat a pizza next door, no need to get into this state!
Following a very small oversight with the order, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very responsive and the delivery man came back within 10 minutes to deliver what was missing!! A dessert was even offered. Nothing to complain about the quality of the products, the responsiveness of the staff and the smiling delivery people, faultless!!
