love the biang biang noodles in chili oil here. all the dishes we ordered were really authentic. while the ambiente is in house style, the service is good. the lady who took our orders was friendly and helpful. we had asked for 5star spicy, but eating when served was not sharp enough. even the chili oil on the table was not hot enough. So when we asked for something more spicy, the nice lady brought us her “chili Paste” to add an excellent cing and was exactly what we were looking for.

so happy to find a great shanghai style nudelhaus after the loss of our old favorites. yu xiang yuan is amazing. especially I loved the cut noodles with chicken vegetables in the broth and the fried aubergine! call them for pick up and ask them for a special offer for pick up.

I love this place big hand pulled noodles and noodles. delicious lamb dishes also! update: on the new year weekend there was the hot and acid soup with hand drawn noodle terrific!

Chili oil dragged noodles and Wontons were top shelf. Prices were good. Karen was great. See you soon.
