I haven't heard of this spot before or had yukgaejang, so I was excited when my friend introduced it to me. We came during the evening of a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded and we were seated immediately. I ordered the original yukgaejang with glass noodles and was pleasantly surprised with what comes with it. On top of the yukgaejang, they also give you a bowl of rice and a few sides. This place is on weekly rotation in my house. My boyfriend and I order the regular yuk dae jang soup with glass noodles (noodles cook in the soup and they add nice texture). It comes with sides of rice, Kimchi, and something else that looks like tofu. Great portions.The regular is a little spicy you probably won’t like it if you don’t like spicy. The actual spicy soup is SUUUPER spicy; you’ve been warned.The pork dumplings are deliciousss. I think they’re boiled which is usually not my style, but these are tasty. The bossam here is quite different from the traditional version. It's braised and served on a heated plate with tofu. The outer layer has a slightly firmer texture due to a soy sauce glaze, but it still tastes fantastic. They provide pieces of napa cabbage for wrapping, which I wasn't particularly fond of. The kimchi had a great flavor, but I wish it had been crunchier. The drink isn’t overly carbonated, which is nice, and it has just the right amount of garlic. I’d rate the bossam a 7/10. If I don't know where to go for food, the first place my mind always goes to is Yuk Dae JangI've been recently introduced to this restaurant and I was so surprised that this was my first time hearing about this place! Yuk Dae Jang deserves all the hype! I've only tried the Yuk Gae Jang with handmade pasta and the pork belly with house soy sauce and I gotta give both a solid 10/10!I can't wait to be back and their other menu items!

We got the original yuk gae jang with handmade pasta and angus brisket cold buck wheat noodles for delivery and it is super well packaged, and tastes just like dining in. I don't normally love cold noodle broth but theirs is so good! The handmade noodles are perfectly cooked and chewy. I will definitely be back again :

This is one of the most delicious Korean restaurants I've ever visited. Every dish we ordered was exceptional in flavor and served in generous portions. The staff was incredibly quick, and I can't stop praising the food. I'm so glad I decided to try this place! Food: 5/5
