Yuk Dae Jang Gardena

I honestly was kind of disappointed with this place. The pictures from yelp look so promising but flavors did not deliver.We ordered the yuk dae jang noodles w ramyun and handmade pasta, flavor was lacking, had to add salt and the noodles were overcooked, especially the ramyun. The pasta was still ok but since the broth was so hot and the pasta kept cooking in the bowl, it becomes overcooked to.Portion was large. Really love the food here. The yuk gae jang is a good portion and I always get it with the fresh pasta which is delicious. The bossam also always hits the spot. Haven't been able to try other dishes because I always want these two.I only wish the place were a little bigger. Not a ton of tables. We got there early for dinner on a Sunday night so were able to sit down immediately but it filled up pretty quickly.

Wow, this is just perfect, especially on chilly nights! The bone broth soup here is truly outstanding. We sampled both the original and the spicy broths, and they were both fantastic. It really comes down to your personal taste if you prefer a little extra heat in your soup. I will definitely return to try more items from the menu. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!

I ordered through DoorDash and was absolutely delighted by their Yukgaejang with handmade ramen (extra spicy)! The ramen was exceptionally well-prepared, and the flavor was genuinely addictive. I also tried the Dumplings Rice Cake in Ox Bone Broth, but I wasn't as impressed with it. The flavor was rather mild, and the rice cake was a little too soft for my taste. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm really impressed by how they maintain consistent quality. I've dined at their locations in Los Angeles, Irvine, and now Gardena, and the food has always been excellent—definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the service remains mediocre across all locations, which is why I'm giving it only 4 stars. It's a bit disappointing.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy genuine Korean cuisine! We really appreciated the handmade noodles and the steamed pork belly. The side dishes were also outstanding, especially the kimchi. The only downside was that we noticed a few fruit flies flying around our food during our meal, which we had to swat away a few times.

Food was mediocre. We got bossam- it was on the dry side and yuk gae Jang with pasta noodle. The service was equally mediocre. I asked what sort of pasta is in the soup and our server simply said fresh pasta , which really doesn 't clarify much. Overall,it was okay but wouldn 't go back.

I only know that this restaurant specializes in soups, and I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood dish with glass noodles. If I return, I intend to try the short ribs, which are not a soup. The service was also very attentive. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant had an unpleasant smell and there were flies everywhere. Although there were only five of us and the restaurant was half-empty, we were still charged an 18% gratuity. Food Rating: 3/5.

The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic. The portions are large, the prices are fair, and everything is fresh, with the soup served steaming hot! I absolutely love it!
