Ordered via Ubereat 1h20 wait which according to the delivery man was due to the restaurant and I want to believe him because the ramen was still lukewarm. 30. for noodles, broth, half an overcooked egg and an unfortunate slice of pork. Ha, I asked for extra spicy oil but the only thing that bothered me was having to pay for it. In short, other ramen restaurants are much better, I let myself be fooled by their rating on Google, first and last for me.
You would call it a hole in the wall. Cosy place, tables are tightly fitted into the room. Rather young guests enjoying themselves.. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There‘s a simple menu with Ramen in nice combinations also in vegetarian versions with yuzu...lemon… It was a delicious noodle soup that warmed and filled me worth the price.
Coming back from 3weeks in Japan where I had at least 1 ramen a day, I'm trying all the Ramen in the neighborhood. This ramen is good, the broth is excellent and very tasty (tonkotsu but the noodles are just OK (I don't think it's fresh noddles? the egg is also overcooked. The chicken gyoza are very good.
The Yukiguni Ramen is excellent. Very well made with a delicious flavor . You have to go early because the place is small but welcoming and warm. They don't make reservations. The tram 15 and bus 7 stop are a 3-minute walk away and we are a 10-minute walk from the lake and city center. Reserva una mesa ahora
The noodle is very very good, same as the soup. However, i would prefer if the chashu can grill a bit more with soy sauce. And please please please, change the spoon. Maybe it's big enough for the European to put noodles on it, but it's impossible to drink soup with it.
This is one of my favorite ramen bars in Geneva. It's a tiny spot, so try to avoid the rush hour, but it's very cozy and homely. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
Very fast service, we got our 3 ramens within 10min. Exceptional taste with Yukiguni ramen Miso Tonkotsu combination.
