Food tastes good but portion too small for how expensive it is. They specifically try to make this a high end restaurant with their ambient music and overall atmosphere. However it's just not worth spending so much for so little food. Be careful with the tea, we thought it was 4.50 for a whole kettle of tea but it was 4.50 for each cup per person (kind of deceptive). On anothet note the server and chef/ owner was really nice. Overall, a 3/5 stars from an average sushi enjoyer.
Yume is a little treasure just a five-minute drive from my home, and it has quickly become my favorite sushi spot in Lodi. The spicy tuna roll was outstanding. I think this restaurant could draw in more customers with a few updates. As the owner of Vineyard Floors, I appreciate the comfort of having carpet in dining spaces, but I believe that transitioning to a commercial hard surface floor could elevate the overall aesthetic and make cleaning a lot easier.
Service, food, and atmosphere were great! I ordered a sashimi appetizer, spicy ramen, and spicy dragon roll. Each food item was so delicious! I loved the vibes of the restaurant and the waiters were so kind. The best place locally! I strongly recommend the Tuna Salad, Sushi, Mango Mochi Ice Cream, Sashimi, and the Yume Roll. Every dish was outstanding, and the restaurant's atmosphere was equally remarkable. The service was excellent, contributing to a truly enjoyable dining experience.
Absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable. I had the chicken bowl and the tempura, both of which were outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The food was delicious, and the fish was incredibly fresh! I was a bit skeptical about the $30 price for the Yume roll, but it all became clear when it arrived—it was as long as our table!
