We were extremely impressed with this restaurant! The food was delicious. While I wouldn't say it's the best Korean food I've had, it is definitely very good Korean food. The portions were generous and the chicken was incredibly crispy and tender. We ordered the Teriyaki Bento box and Katsu Bento box for takeout and everything was neatly packaged. I would rate their customer service 11/10. When their debit machine stopped working while we were trying to pay, instead of making us wait or canceling the transaction, they simply gave us the food, apologized, and asked us to come back later to pay for it. The shrimp tempura I received was clearly frozen cooked in an oven. It did not have the flakey batter you get fresh and was clearly a flat side that it cooked or froze on. The grilled chicken rice entree was far from grilled, didn’t see a single grill mark. The grilled chicken was also drowning in a watery sauce, it was basically soup, tasted boiled or microwaved. Bulgogi was pretty good, fair portion and tasty.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and got the chicken katsu and kimchi fried rice. The total came out to be $46, which I found to be overpriced. The kimchi fried rice was bland and only had a spicy flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since this was my second time dining here. The staff were friendly, but considering the high prices and poor quality of the food, I don't plan on returning.

This place is great! Reasonable pricing, big portions and the employees are regularly friendly.
I believe they serve some of the best kimchi fried rice! A and I adore their friendly service.
