On another Friday night, my date and I decided to explore small towns near Hutch and took the new K 96 route North to Lyons. We came across a hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant located on the ground floor of the Ly Kan Hotel. Despite driving past it initially, we eventually found our way and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived early for dinner and were the first customers, but shortly after, the place filled up with regulars greeted and seated by the friendly staff. Given that it was Lent, we opted for fish dishes and were impressed by the tasty offerings.
