The food is ok but I have rarely experienced such extremely unfriendly staff. I called there to order food to be picked up and wanted the number F1. I discussed the number F1 with the employee on the phone for at least 5 minutes because she simply didn't understand that I wanted the F1. When I wanted to pick up my food at the restaurant, I was supposed to get the number S1. I kindly pointed out that I wanted F1 and there was a misunderstanding on the phone and even apologized for the misunderstanding. I really apologized 5 times for the misunderstanding and said that mistakes happen and that a solution can be found for everything and please don't get so upset. The employees there then attacked me in the worst possible way, asking me how it could be that I now wanted the F1 and also refused to re-order my order. Especially since I didn't order the dish S1, didn't want to eat it and it was about 4-5€ more expensive than F1. I stuck to my guns and insisted that I get the F1. The employee then half-heartedly did the F1, slammed the order on the counter and angrily warned me again that this was the first and last time she would change an order. Then I just said that that was the last time I ordered anything there. I therefore recommend that you go to Kazoku Le in Zeitz, the food there is worlds better and at least you are treated kindly and the service is better.
