Yunshang Rice Noodle Yún Shàng Guò Qiáo Mǐ Xiàn

I ordered from Uber Eats yesterday.For the braised chicken, they were really soft but a bit dry because of overcooking. The quality was poor the chicken was absolutely not fresh.For the tomato rice noodle, I would prefer more tomato. People ordering tomato soup usually love tomato very much, but this soup might disappoint them. It's a bit bland. There was only a leaf of lettuce and it was not fresh (not even green in colour). I'm satisfied with the amount of beef though. The quality of beef was acceptable.It's hard to understand why there are so many good comments. Maybe the service and ambiance save the whole thing but I don't think I would give it another chance. It's not a value for money...

I would actually give this 3.5 if possible.Service: 3.5Food: 4Vibe/Aesthetic: 3We ordered three items off the combined Yang's/Yunshang menu--a spicy hand-pulled noodle soup with intestine, blood cake, etc., a sour fish soup, and the standard braised chicken rice. The fish soup was a solid 4.5, great flavour and good use of fresh noodle. The spicy soup was a 3.5, good spice level but not enough intestine, too much blood cake, although just the right amount of shrimp. The braised chicken was a 4.0, good flavour but not exceptional.Service is pretty quick, but like many other places with an app, you order yourself using the QR code, so there's not really much--no one came to give us more water...

Late dinner but store was busy with dine-in customers and delivery orders. The rice noodle soup was definitely watered down. Barely any flavor in the soup. It was very disappointing as it is much better at the other locations. Other than that, service was fast. The crispy chicken gristle and the boneless braised chicken rice were good. I have been their customer almost since the first Yunshang opened in Markham, and order quite regularly at this location too. I like their food, but the quality control at this location is not as good as the Markham location IMO. Sometimes the soup base can be too salty and sometimes too bland.Edit: the quality control is now better.

We will be back for 1. Braised Chicken (Boneless) Authentic Mild Spicy, and 2. Deep Fried Pumpkin Pancake With Red Bean PasteYummmmm!!The employees were friendly and took care of us well!The noodle dish in the picture was too spicy for us, but it was good. My mom would love it.

Coconut curry crossing the bridge soup was okay. Was expecting the flavour to be a bit more intense but it was a little bland for my liking.Also... In what world are these wings acceptable to be counted as a piece? You serve wings as an 8-piece yet today I truly only got 6.

Went for my sis birthday.. staff are friendly ???? they offer a membership card which will get you discount every time you come. Its my sis birthday so they gave a complimentary food. Sweet ? the hotpot style is so convenient.. the intestine is good too. Nice Reserva una mesa ahora

Good food, very large portions. We got the pumpkin pancake and fried tofu as appetizers and they were very tasty! The noodles are nice and savoury, with good spice level.
