We stopped by last Saturday. Upon arrival the waitress told us (before saying hello we only have Pizza, Pasta and Salad, but no meat dishes at this time of the day. OK. So we sat down and had a look. After a wonderful visit to Zoo Basel, we decided to go for a dinner in Germany. I followed what Tripadvisor suggested and we ate at this restaurant. It was almost full but they kindly offered a table for us (family with children). We ordered and...my delicious steak was already on the table when my youngest kid got sick and made a mess all over. The waitress lady came right away and literally saved us. They were extraordinary helpful and nice and gave us another table, fast and not complicated at all. After this we enjoyed our meals: tasty pizzas and my juicy steak. Happy to come back any time, hope soon.

Decided to try the burger. Quite substantial. And conveniently they supply black plastic gloves so you can eat without getting into a total mess. 18 euro is on the pricey side for a burger. Service was a bit slow and inattentive. Bread came some minutes...after the mains. About 20 mins walk from the last stop at the end of tram 8 from Basel.
they are good at everything they do. pizzas are excellent. yusuf has excellent steaks. they can be tired of its green beans, served with most of its dishes, but they are excellent and the staff is excellent.
It is a very pleasant place with delicious steaks. Service is good. Location is great. They also have a long list of pizza menu but we did not try yet, hopefully, next time.

the food is delicious and the wine is friendly. her cheesecake is one of the best I've ever eaten! also the prices are very fair.
Very nice place to go for steak and pizza lover. The waitresses are very kind. Reservation is a must.
