The mochi are good when semi-frozen. When completely thawed, the performance weakens as sweetness and flavor become more prominent. There is still a lot that could be done in terms of quality, especially with mango and coconut. The vegan sushi was okay. I cannot recommend vegan gyoza. Personally, I'm really irritated by the fact that Germans are suddenly taking over the Asian food business. Feels so weird the way boomers flex on TikTok.

The best sushi I've ever eaten. Always very fresh. Unfortunately, I've never been there in person and don't know the staff who make the delicious sushi, but my lovely colleague always brings me some. I can highly recommend it. I hope you'll be opening a restaurant in Velbert soon, too.

This is (unfortunately) not a restaurant, but just the self-service counter in Kaufland. There are also a few vegetarian and vegan options. It's pretty neat for that.
