We were on holiday in Werder and were looking for a restaurant. The Yves's was admittedly not our first choice, but, as it turned out later, the best. The restaurant makes a rather inconspicuous impression from outside, but we immediately felt comfortable and welcome inside. The owners welcomed us very warmly. There is no written menu. First the drinks are taken, then the talking menu comes to the table. The cook asked us about allergies and what we like and what not and suggested something. A dinner at Yves's is like a dinner with good friends: very personal, absolutely fresh and handmade, large portions. The innkeepers come to the table and discuss what there is and what to cook. They like to respond to individual wishes. Vegetarian and vegan always goes. Very delicious! Cosy atmosphere in the original ambience of a bakery store room from 1925 with mirrors and verfelung absolutely special. There are only four tables on the inside, so make sure to book. In summer there is a garden, there are more places. The food has its price, but it is also worth it!

Beautifully located and furnished, small restaurant with individual kitchen. The hook: At best, the food was moderate (just tasteless, partly half served vegetables; sweet iceberg salad; the fish deptched as a frozen salmon, although fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh freshwater fish are abundant in the region), but significantly too expensive (96 euros for two people without dessert). We wouldn't go back there.
