It was very busy when I arrived but Robert was very quick (and awesome!! at getting me a table!! Anna was my server (she was amazing!! It was during a rush and she did wonderful balancing her tables, and she always checked on me- my water never went past half empty!! and all of my food was DELISH!! I’ve visited Zaftigs Delicatessen twice for breakfast and brunch and had a positive experience each time. The Benedicts are solid, and the veggie breakfast burrito is decent. Most recently, we both ordered omelettes, which were satisfying. Located in a great part of Brookline, it’s nice to sit outside with a coffee, although the outdoor seating isn’t very comfortable. We’re also interested in trying lunch here since the menu looks promising. Definitely worth a visit!
One of my favorite spots for brunch in Boston! We started with the eggs Benedict served with a potato latke and avocado, which was absolutely delicious. Next, we tried the banana French toast, perfectly sweet and topped with fresh berries and maple syrup. The service was outstanding— the staff were very friendly and made sure our experience was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend Zaftigs!
The food was outstanding and the ambiance was delightful. It was my first time visiting, and a friend had highly recommended it to me. It truly went above and beyond my expectations. I had expected to wait a while for a table, but we were lucky enough to be seated right away!

I was excited to find out that their meats contain no nitrates or preservatives. I savored a corned beef sandwich on gluten-free bread, and it was absolutely delicious. The homemade sauerkraut and pickles were outstanding too!

Overall, it’s just a mediocre brunch place. I wouldn’t suggest ordering the bagel with salmon; the bagel was hard, and the salmon was overly salty. There is metered parking located behind the Maruchi supermarket.
