Disclaimer Review is about the function hall and not for the hotel. Had our baby's birthday event at the function hall which turned out quite well in the end. Hall had been setup as per the plan and staff were very cooperative on that day. Room was pretty comfortable to host 70+ peoples. There is a children's playroom beside the function hall which kept the juniors busy. Function room had 2 good size televisions to play any slides. Speakers were also available to be connected with bluetooth to groove on your playlist. We had ordered for the cocktail menu which was decent enough. Decided to go to the new restaurant that replaced Zagames to give it a try and it wasn't quite bad. The steak was cooked perfectly as we asked medium rare. The waiter behind the bar was a nice guy and the playground was the same at Zagames. The only thing that was bad was that the Caesar salad was small portion for the price and the steak was over seasoned with salt and pepper. The pasta was the same from the kids menu as it gave generous amounts of meat compared to Zagames. The seating was alright but there were many areas that hair was stuck to the walls. The deserts are quite delicious and i wish it was on the menu for adults. Hands down to a good review that deserves their score. Woohoo!

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. My steak tonight was amazing, and I highly recommend the beef ribs. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they handle any little mishaps that come up with a positive attitude. The kids' area is a nice touch, though some of the machines could use better maintenance, as a few were broken during our last visit. The pictures included are from several different visits, but unfortunately, I don’t have any of the beef ribs—my husband enjoyed them so much he finished them too quickly!

This restaurant is perfect for family dinners or birthday celebrations. The play area can get crowded with older kids, so it's best to arrive early (we went around 5:30 PM) if you're bringing little ones. They have an excellent kids' menu, and it's recommended to order food separately from drinks for faster service. There's plenty of space, and high chairs are available. I really enjoyed my time here. The family-friendly atmosphere is lovely, yet it remains quiet enough for a great catch-up with friends without the distraction of loud children. There's a large play area that keeps the kids entertained. Both the drinks and food are reasonably priced, especially considering the high quality. I'm very pleased with our visit and will definitely return, bringing friends along next time.

Thanks so much to the lovely staff tonight at Berwick Spring's Hotel we were greeted with 2 beautiful smiles at the front door..and also when ordering our meals... I had the Pesto Ravioli with goat's cheese absolutely beautiful Thankyou..all the meals at our table were delish ..the great nieceys and nephews loved the indoor playground. we were a party of 12 ...thanks again

The WORST fish and chips I have ever had. Fish was so greasy, doughy and tasteless that the USA have asked it to run for the 2024 presidential election. Management were nice enough to offer me another meal or drink but I didn’t feel like punishing myself any further. Zagames, I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

They have a gluten free menu. Pretty big menu too. Very busy place with lots of families and children. I think they may be short staffed like everywhere else as the floor could be a bit cleaner, but food was edible, and service was fine. Menu attached for June 2023. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had lunch today. Brilliant. All the staff were friendly, the food was excellent. Lots of room. Hugh play area for kids. Even have a Seniors menu for us old codgers. I had the Schitty and my wife has the fish and chips. Highly recommended.
