Zalli's Naturkost Cafe

original Bavarian bistro in ainring, 30 mins bike tour (or 10 minutes car ride) from salzburg. this caffe and small restaurant offers a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes: raw, cooked, salty and sweet yes! also a delicious home made vegan ice cream and wonderful cakes are available! all the dishes are organic (most ingredients come from the neighboring,) sugar free, fresh made, so they have to wait 10 15 minutes, as everything they prepare or cook is really fresh. I have never found courts that cost more than 10€, so I would say that zallis is cheap for its quality. it is guided by a couple who practiced its ideal, not only speaks of them: they will touch and see this in every detail (from the crimp garden to the toilet). the best time to visit is on the weekend, I find (they are open only from Friday to Monday).

nice hostess who bring their passion to the teller. from drinking to dessert/kitchen, no desire remains open (not only as a vegan.) we did not last to strengthen and let us pamper! zalli s is now increasingly installed in our round! wonderful!

we eat more often and as in zallis. eating is always super, full-fledged, sufficient and always delicious. the prices are reasonable! additionally gets many stimulated and information healthy eating, common good, etc.
