I visited a lovely Indian restaurant with an amazing chef who offered to make any dish vegan-friendly. He prepared a delicious vegetable masala for me and a passanda for my partner, both made with coconut milk instead of dairy. The chef even recommended ordering the rice as vegan to avoid butter.

A beautiful Indian restaurant with a fantastic chef who came out and said he could make any of the dishes vegan. He made me a Veg Massala and my husband a Passanda and used coconut milk instead of milk. He also said to order the rice as a vegan so that they do not use butter.

We arrived at the start of their 30-minute pickup window and had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be ready, indicating that they likely started cooking once we arrived. The quality of the food was also underwhelming.

At the beginning of their half hour we have a collection slot. Of course we had to wait 20 minutes until the food is ready, so they probably didn't start cooking until we arrived. The food wasn't amazing either.

They are very friendly and helpful and aware of what can be vegan! A lot of choice is my favorite of balti and coconut rice!
